Christian Adult Singles
Who are we?
We are a Christ-based Bible discussion group that also encourages social activities in support of mature single adults and others that may be temporarily without a partner.
Our Mission:
To provide a gateway to an interdenominational ministry that enriches lives and strengthens spirits of Christian adults in our community through Bible-focused studies, social activities and service opportunities.
When do we meet?
We meet on Sunday evenings at 6:30pm in the Fellowship Hall for a social gathering, followed at 7pm by a Bible-focused study/activity that may also include videos and discussion topics of current Christian interest.
On the last Sunday evening of each month, there is a casual covered dish meal; we set-up at 6:00pm and have dinner at 6:30pm. There is no Bible study on this evening, only good food and fellowship.
During the month, several social activities may be planned, including:
- Birthday dinner outings to celebrate the birthdays of the month
- Golf at a local golf course
- Miniature golf
- Bowling
- Local concerts
- Ball games
- 4th Friday downtown
- River walk
- Movie night
- Game night
We are also involved in community services such as:
- Back-to-school supplies for children
- Donations at Christmas for an adopted family
- Donations to the Urban Ministries food bank
- Donations to animal shelters
- Outreach for senior adults which may include seasonal lawn care
We'd love to have you join us!
