Use of our facility is a privilege.  You are expected to leave rooms in the same condition as when you arrived.  Proper trash containers are available and are to be used.  SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE CHURCH.  Misuse of the facility may result in expulsion and/or refusal to allow you/your group to use our building in the future.  There will be a confirmation email sent to the contact person stating the facility has been reserved.

By clicking SUBMIT I/We jointly agree to be responsible for any damage to property due to such use other than reasonable wear and tear and for the strict observance of the rules and regulations as per Church policy.  If there are any changes or cancellations of a request, please notify the church office immediately.
