SingleMingle is for singles of all ages. We would love to have you join us. We do several things every month and week together and they include:
Every week:
- Saturday morning Riverwalk
- Sunday evening fellowship and Bible study
Once a month
- A covered dish at our Sunday evening meetings
- A birthday night out for all the current month's birthdays (at a local restaurant)
- Outreach for senior adults (once a month we help do yardwork for senior adults)
- 4th Friday (We meet in front Hay Street UMC and enjoy the festivities in downtown)
- Movie Night (once a month we go to the movies together)
Other activties
Recently we have enjoyed activities together such as:
- Dogwood Festival - Hootie and the Blowfish Concert
Mission Statement : SingleMingle is committed to singles needs as we share, accept, support, encourage, love and value each other so that we can be a blessing to each other as well as the church involved and the community.
Vision: The vision of SingleMingle is to build inter-denominational ministry that glorifies God and enriches the lives of adult singles through prayer, praise and celebration of our identity in Christ.
Our Objective:
- Empower and equip singles to become devoted followers of Christ
- Create a sense of belonging and acceptance
- Encourage greater involvement within their congregation based on gifts and talents.
- Reach out to singles within the community
- Discover God’s purpose for your life and actively and passionately pursue His calling
- Create Christ centered Bible Studies to obtain a greater understanding of God’s word.
