Meet Our New Director
Welcome Sharon Golden
We are happy to welcome Sharon Golden as our new director of Children’s Weekday Ministries! Sharon comes to us from Nashville, Tennessee where she was the Director of the Weekday Preschool Ministries at West End United Methodist Church for the past five years. She has worked in the preschool field since 1986.
She and her husband, Maurice, relocated here so he could assume his new position at Fort Bragg. They just celebrated their second anniversary and the birth of their first child, Brendan Rory.
While in Nashville, Sharon was actively involved as President-elect for the Nashville Area Association for the Education of Young Children. She is also an active validator for the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
