Challenge to HUMC Congregation Brings in over $75,000 to Benefit Three Local
Non-Profits -
Haymount is excited to announce the success of our A Christmas to Remember challenge. The congregation was challenged to give, through a special offering, amounts equal to what would normally be spent on Christmas presents for their family. It was voted to use the funds to support Fayetteville Urban Ministry, Operation Inasmuch and Cumberland Interfaith Hospitality Network with this endeavor. At the close of the holiday season, over $75,000 has been collected.
